In case of disputes, we support our clients by analyzing each case with diligence and professionalism, providing a strong and comprehensive rationale. At a Hand-over and Defect Notification Phase, we inspect the project and ensure that it complies with all the design requirements.

The performance phase ends after having finished all construction works and of course after the acceptance of the technical project, and ALAMUR is by your side until the successful commissioning of the building. Quality Control

Quality control (QC) is a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the client or customer. Project quality management is broken down into three main processes: Quality Planning, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control. At first glance each process group has an imposing list of inputs, tools and techniques, and outputs. Keep in mind these tools are not new. They have been used in business settings for decades.
